Living Time aims to give competitive rates of income to our customers.  We want all our customers to live, and live well in retirement – whether that is full or partial retirement Living Time fixed-term income rates have consistently topped the income payable up to age 75 from the five largest rival lifetime annuity providers since our launch.
We will be innovative in our approach to product development and put customer needs at the forefront of product design. Living Time was the first UK company to launch fixed-term annuity products into the ‘Middle Market’, after conducting consumer research1, and we are actively looking at new product initiatives that will help change the face of the retirement income market.
We fully support the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and believe that our product solutions help advisers demonstrate they are offering their clients a wider choice of retirement income options.

We believe in simplicity and flexibility, so that customers fully understand what they are buying and how they will benefit.  We continue to explore ways to challenge the traditional retirement income options that are often inflexible.  With the Living Time Fixed-Term Annuity Plans, ‘what you see is what you get' - like a lifetime annuity, all the charges are reflected in rates we offer customers.   
We believe that customers should have the ability to react to changing circumstances and amend their financial plans if they want or need to. 

With the Living Time Fixed Term Annuity Plans, our customers are not locked in for life which means they keep their options open for longer.  At the end of the Plan's chosen term, they can choose an appropriate pension product with benefits that best match their needs at that time.
