Lyn Casling started working with Kim Lerche-Thomsen to help establish Living Time in 2004.  Before that, Lyn held a variety of positions in the financial services industry, including being one of the founders of SHIP Limited (Safe Home Income Plans), an organisation set up to develop and promote minimum standards for equity release providers.

As well as being the Pricing Director at Living Time, Lyn is a Non Executive Director of Neville James Limited - a financial services company based in Chichester - and also of Gwynt y Ddraig, a welsh cider company.
