At Living Time we are very proud of the high levels of support we offer IFAs.  It's one thing to say you offer great service, of course. Quite another to actual deliver it consistently.

We believe the recent awards we have won for service underline our commitment to IFAs and the high standards we set ourselves.  In our first year of entry, we achieved a four-star award in the 2009 Financial Adviser Service Awards.

And we are delighted to have received the highest accolade - a five-star rating - in the 2010 Online Service Awards.

Our website is designed for IFAs only and its content reflects that.  We relaunched the site in December 2008 and continue to update and improve it, adding new tools and a wide range of downloadable content.

√ Online quotations

Our Online Quotation Portal is the fastest and most efficient way of generating an illustration for a Living Time Plan.  We receive excellent feedback from IFAs who use the system regularly with nearly half of Living Time quotations now being done online.

√ Adviser Services Team

We have a dedicated team of back-office staff based in Cheltenham.  The team delivers a high level of service and personal contact with IFAs, keeping advisers updated on case progress as well as providing quotations and technical support.

√ Award-winning marketing

Living Time is dedicated to independent advice and independent financial advisers.  Our 'Offer More Options' campaign, which won an award for innovation in 2009, is designed to put advisers at the heart of better consumer advice in retirement.
