Living Time scoops top award for service

Living Time gets 5-star Online Service Award rating

Living Time is celebrating its achievement in another award ceremony, this time scooping a top ‘5-star’ rating at this year’s Financial Adviser Online Service Awards, finishing top overall in the Life & Pensions sector.

Complementing the 4-star rating at last year’s Service Awards, Living Time has been praised for the high standards of online service it now offers IFAs.

Speaking immediately after the award ceremony at the Science Museum in London, Living Time’s CEO and founder Kim Lerche-Thomsen said: “This is a fantastic achievement.  I would like to thank all those IFAs who voted for us.  We have worked very hard to develop and maintain a high level of support for IFAs and this award reinforces my commitment to deliver on our service objectives.”

The Online Service Awards give IFAs the opportunity to rate the quality of a range of services offered to them, including the company’s website, literature downloads and online tools, as well as personal contact and support.

Dan Mahony, Living Time’s Service & Change Director said: “We listen closely to what IFAs tell us they like or don’t like about our service and act accordingly.  The 5-star rating reflects the hard work that has gone on behind the scenes at Living Time to ensure we consistently deliver a high level of support to our IFAs.  For example, we have improved our website and now have an extensive range of downloadable content for IFAs to access.  More and more IFAs are using our Online Quotation System via the website to generate client-specific illustrations in a matter of minutes.

"Not only that, but our Adviser Services Team uses efficient workflow management tools and a system of close personal contact with IFAs to ensure the prompt processing of Applications, keeping IFAs updated on progress throughout.”

This latest award caps a series of significant achievements for Living Time over the last 12 months, including being crowned ‘Third Way Provider of the Year 2010’.
